I've received a product that seems to be damaged. What now?

Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to agree on next steps - full refund or sending you a new product.
Please notice that we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or once product has been used.

 

I've ordered two the same products but they seem to be slightly different. How come?

Please note that all of our products are handmade, using natural products (sheepskin, wool, silk etc) - there can be slight variances even between products of the same category.
